CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION POLICY: To confirm the booking, a guarantee is required by communicating the details of your credit card. Cancellation: possible up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Penalty: in case of late cancellation or "no-show" the cost of the first night of stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.

CHECK-IN: We inform you that the Reception does not carry out the night service and it is therefore necessary to check-in by 20:00, after which a code will be issued for night entry. In case of expected arrival after closing time, please contact us by 18:00 on the day of arrival to collect the entry code and related instructions by telephone.

PAYMENT: At check-out

PACKAGES: All prices are VAT included, while the tourist tax is not due. Our special offer is available all year round except high season holiday or trade fair periods. It is possible to change the dates of the stay upon request at least 3 days before the arrival date and subject to availability.
